This draft is provided with the production website source and should be reviewed by an Australian lawyer before a public commercial launch or customer contract.

1. About LoneWatch

LoneWatch provides software intended to support lone-worker monitoring, safety alerts, responder coordination and enterprise administration. The legal entity operating the service should be identified in each customer order form or service agreement and added to this page before public commercial launch.

2. Not an emergency service

LoneWatch is not an emergency service and does not replace 000, emergency response procedures, competent supervision, risk assessment, permit systems, site communications or other workplace safety controls. Users must follow applicable organisational procedures and contact emergency services when required.

3. No guarantee of detection or delivery

Mobile devices, networks, operating systems, push services, GPS, motion sensors, Microsoft Teams and other dependencies can be unavailable, delayed or inaccurate. Possible-fall and inactivity functions may produce false positives or false negatives. LoneWatch must not be represented as guaranteeing that every incident will be detected or delivered.

4. Customer responsibilities

Organisations are responsible for configuring appropriate responders, maintaining current contact and roster information, testing their escalation chain, training users, defining check-in and monitoring policies, and deciding whether LoneWatch is suitable for a particular work activity.

5. Acceptable use

Users must not misuse LoneWatch to unlawfully monitor individuals, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious material or use another person's account.

6. Availability and change

Features may change as LoneWatch progresses from pilot to production. Enterprise functionality may depend on third-party platforms such as Apple and Microsoft.
